FIFTH SPACE is the team behind Power Station, a 29-acre waterfront development featuring 5.4 million square feet of residential, office, life science, and retail space, interspersed with 7 acres of parks. These spaces were designed by architectural studios including Herzog & de Meuron, Foster & Partners, and Heatherwick Studio.
