Lunnetiq x HAUS Glasses

This project reinterprets the modernist ribbon window as a wearable object. Originally conceived as an architectural device to modulate light and space, the ribbon window is translated into the metal arms of the sunglasses as a sequence of solid and void. The design plays with transparency, shadow, and material thickness, questioning how architectural principles shift when scaled down to the body.

Through iterative sketching, digital modeling, and physical prototyping, the project explores the tension between structure and comfort, opacity and light. The use of acetate allowed for a controlled contrast between solid volumes and translucent elements, giving the frame both visual clarity and material depth. The result is a product that operates as both functional eyewear and a condensed architectural gesture, creating a visual identity rooted in modernist spatial thinking.
